Yes - it's been released now.

You could download individual .deb files and install them by hand ("dpkg
-i package.deb"), or point apt at your friendly potato mirror and then
use "apt-get install <package>" to install and upgrade the packages you
want.
It's also possible to put packages on hold in dselect (with '='), which
will stop dselect upgrading them.
