Bios Problem

Hi,

 I've just installed Linux, but I can't use LILO:

 When I reboot I see:
" L 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01"  and so on.

Does anybody know why?

I have Win98 on my primary HD and I've installed Linux on the first
partition of my third HD.
