There is the FAQ-O-MATIC at http://www.debian.org/cgi-bin/fom which is
supposed to be a user supplied Q&A type of deal.  It is not very well
advertised so not much info is there.  Other info and FAQ's can be
found at http://www.debian.org/doc/.
