POP3

Hi everybody,
  I have small problem :
  I want to get mail from my pop3 account - it's easy.
  But how can I select which mails can get and which leave
 ( e.g. specified size or unwanted sender ), 
( Or Can fetchmail check number of messages and header of theese messages ?)
