Nope, don't use SuSE-3.3.1 server.  There is nothing wrong with SuSE 
stuff.  It is just there is a newer XFree86 3.3.2 SVGA server and the rest
of the distribution available in any XF86 mirror.  Since you have bo, you
probably want the libc5 binaries in the linux_ix86 directory.  The 
linux_glibc directory is for libc6.

I've posted to this list instructions/suggestions on how to do a manual
upgrade of bo's XF86 installation.  It wouldn't be an upgrade monitored by
Debian's neato packaging software but since bo really isn't going through
much development anymore it shouldn't really present any problems, AFAIK.
Check the mailing list archives for Millenium II related subjects.
