I have one of these in a system here; conf.modules says
options ne io=0x6100 irq=11
and it works fine. /proc/pci says
PCI devices found:
Bus 0, device 19, function 0:
Ethernet controller: Realtek 8029 (rev 0).
Medium devsel. IRQ 11.
I/O at 0x6100.
Interesting that yours has a different device number to mine. I have another
of these cards again which is device 14; but that's in a 486. I think
it's slot-dependent.
