Please try 2.0.33; earlier kernels didn't work for certain cards.

The kernel source comes with a Documetation/isdn/README.pcbit, mentioning
ftp://ftp.di.fc.ul.pt/pub/systems/Linux/isdn for the pcbitctl program (make
sure you're using the latest version) and isdn4linux@hub-wue.franken.de or
roque@di.fc.ul.pt as contact addresses in case of problems.
