Re: FTP Server availability



I think it depends on which ftp server is selected.  In the default
configuration, I seem to recall that it is set up for download only. The
configure script in at least one of the optional FTP servers asks if you
want to create an upload directory. I am not sure which one behaves this
way but I am sure that I have seen the question asked.  In any case, none
of them configure the upload directory to my liking and I always end up
changing it manually. I do not like people being able to see what is in
the anonymous upload directory of systems with fast net connections, it
discourages warez trading.
