    The README and INSTALL files have instructions about it.  You should
be able to compile to *any* gcc-supported OS (see
http://gnu.internexus.net/software/gcc/gcc.html#versionplatforms), as
well as to the cygwin32 compatibility dll
(http://www.cygnus.com./misc/gnu-win32/) and to DJGCC
(http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/).
