dpkg: motifnls error

Hi,

I'm quite new to debian and having some problems with installing the
severall *.DEB files.

1. I noticed on the CD I bought there is a dir called /bo/msdos-i3 full off
*.deb files of 0 bytes. This must be a mistake, not ?

2. When trying to install X-server, I got a few complaints about the
packages needed and depending. So I need motifnls. When installing it and
using dpkg --pending --configure, I get the error:

Setting up motifnls (2.1-1.1)
mv: .X11.tmp: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing motifnls (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
	motifnls

I even tried dselect, but this gives me the same error.

3. Is there a file which contains a list of the dselect selection ?

Gabrie
