The primary Incoming directory is on master.debian.org and is accessible to
developers only. There are several publicly accessible mirrors of it, e.g.
	ftp://ftp.lh.umu.se/pub/linux/debian-Incoming
	ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/pub/debian-incoming
	ftp://ftp1.us.debian.org/debian/Incoming/
	ftp://llug.sep.bnl.gov/pub/debian/Incoming
