Well, dpkg is correct. You don't have libbfd2.8.1 installed. What you do
have installed is libbfd2.8.
Looks like you go the binutils package out of Incoming. You should
probably look in Incoming for the newer libbfd2.8.1 package. If you can't
find it, ask the binutils package maintainer where to find it.
