misplaced ldso and libc5 in rex



Pardon and ignore this message if it's out of place, but these files have
been misplaced for a little while and I haven't seen any talk about it on
the debian lists, so I just want to make sure that the archive maintainer
is aware of it before 1.2 development grinds to a halt.  Some new Incoming
packages are misplaced in rex source directories:

rex/source/devel has 2 packages that were meant for rex/binary/devel :
