You can just delete them in the rcX.d directory. They will remain in
/etc/init.d. Another solution is to rename then from S20xxxx to s20xxxx.
(and the K-Scripts also). Unfortunately netbase and netstdt isnt that
flexible to disable single daemons, u will have to use an editor.
