Once you have mail system set up, add a line like this to
/etc/aliases:

name: user1@domain1,user2@domain2,user3@domain3

Then any mail sent to name@yoursite will be exploded and sent to the
users you specify.

For `proper' mailing lists try the Majordomo package (though it seems
to be a little flakey at the moment).  It's in non-free.
