dftp v1.4

I have uploaded the latest dftp (v1.4) to the Incoming directory of
ftp.debian.org.  It should appear under contrib/tools shortly.

It is also avaliable from:  ftp://ftp.bnr.ca/pub/dftp-1.4

$ dftp -whatsnew
                          What's new in version v1.4
 
 ** A few minor bug fixes (creation of directories using "pkgpath" and
    incorrect "left" vs "right" in description of new packages).
