Ozur dilerim, sorunuzu tam okumamisim.  /etc/gdm/gdm.conf dosyasinda
soyle iki secenek var:

    # The Actions menu (formerly system menu) is shown in the greeter,
    # this is the menu that contains reboot, shutdown, suspend, config
    # and chooser.  None of these is available if this is off.  They can
    # be turned off individually however
    SystemMenu=true
    # The Actions in the Actions menu require the root password
    SecureSystemMenu=true

Ikinci secenek sistemi kapatmak da dahil butun islemler icin root
parolasi istenmesi gerektigini soyluyor.  Ilki ise "false" yapildiginda
bu seceneklerin hic gosterilmeyecegi anlamina geliyor.  Bunlarin isinizi
gormesi lazim.  Ayrica X Window'un olmadigi konsollarda <Ctrl-Alt-Del>
tusunu etkisiz hale getirmek isteyebilirsiniz: /etc/inittab dosyasinda
asagidaki satiri etkisizlestireceksiniz (satirin basina '#' ekleyerek):

    ca:12345:ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t1 -a -r now
