selamlar,
xcompmgr debian paketi olarak bulunmuyor. Kendimin kullandığı paketi  
siteme attım.

sources.list dosyanıza

deb http://www.sonsuzdongu.com/paketler/ ./

satırını ekleyip

apt-get update
apt-get install xcompmgr

komutu ile kurulumu yapabilirsiniz.
transset ubuntu depolarında bulunuyor.
