Yanlış bir kernel image seçiyor olabilir misiniz initrd oluşturmak için 
? Ya da doğru bootsplash paketini yüklediğinizden emin misiniz ? 
Dilerseniz paketi tekrar yükleyin. Bootsplash olayını halletmeme rağmen 
ilk kez bahsettiğiniz bir sorun duyuyorum, ben böyle birşeyle karşılaşmadım.
