creo que si ejecutas ese comando que te dice ahi como root, te dejara de enviar el mail, por algunas de esas cosas no se ha guardado bien el archivo se estaba editando en alguna oportunidad y te indica que uses ese comando para recuperar la copia de respaldo, asi que con un
vi -r html/.htaccess
logueado como root. y luego puedes poner q! y se cierra el vi sin guardar cambios
