existe algum firewall ? se for pelo end ip da maquina no navegador ele abre algo ? ex

Boa tarde a todos,
Estou com um problema com o CUPS no Debian Squeeze, após a instalação
não consigo acessar o mesmo da minha máquina pelo browser
(http://10.0.0.3:631), já alterei o arquivo cupsd.conf , onde inclui o
"Allow 10.0.0.13", mas sempre obtenho o mesmo erro "403...". Mas ao
acessar (remotamente) por lynx 127.0.0.1:631 consigo abrir o cups e
incluir qualquer impressora. Já reiniciei o apache, cups e nada. Alguém
teria alguma sugestão?
Esse é meu arquivo cupsd.conf :
