Configurar teclado console e X

Galera me diz uma coisa , alguem tem o mapa de teclado do us-acentos
q possa me passar ? pq usei o tutorial da linuxall.org pra acentuação
e akela porr* de mapa de teclado "traduziu" alguns menus no X , quero
deixar ele como antes , totalmente em ingles com acentuação tanto no
X como no console
