Mathematical conferences in Poland

Hi dear group members,
sorry if this is not the right group for posting this topic, 
but you are my last ressort.

I am looking for conferences dealing with topics like "Mathematics,
Computers and Education" taking place in Poland between June 2008 and
December 2008.

Can somebody sent me some informations or point me to a web adress 
where I could make me cute.
