Apache 2 - po restarcie wszystko "Permission denied"

Witam

Po restarcie kompa nie chce wystartować apache2, pojawia się:

/etc/init.d/apache2 start

touch: cannot touch `/etc/apache2/httpd.conf': Permission denied

deb:~# cd /etc/apache2

Nie wiem co się stało, próbowałem odinstalować i ponownie
zainstalować, ale też nie można:
