Alsa - cały czas dziwne problemy

Jak w temacie, a stało to się tak:
Po świeżej instalacji Debiana, wszystko (włącznie z pełnym dupleksem,
przez arts) działało znakomicie. Pewnego dnia Alsa padła, zabierając ze
sobą amaroKa przez silnik xine. Po tym pełny dupleks przestał działać.
Niedawno postanowiłem oczyścić komputer z alsy. Zrobiłem remove + purge
i ręcznie skasowałem resztki (tylko to co zostało w /usr/share/alsa). Po
ponownej instalacji, każda próba uruchomienia Alsy kończy się tak:

W /proc/asound wszystko jest, moduły załadowane. Nie pomaga,
reinstalacja, downgrade i nowe jądro. Wersja Alsy to 1.0.9b. Dźwięk to
zintegrowany nForce2.
Jak coś jeszcze powinienem podać to się upominajcie.
