Kompilacja AviDemux

Staram się zainstalować AviDemux w wersji 2.0.28 lub 2.0.24 ale za każdym razem przy kompilacji otrzymuję
komunikat:

WARNING: `aclocal-1.8' is needed, and you do not seem to have it handy on your
         system.  You might have modified some files without having the
         proper tools for further handling them.  Check the `README' file,
         it often tells you about the needed prerequirements for installing
         this package.  You may also peek at any GNU archive site, in case
         some other package would contain this missing `aclocal-1.8' program.
make: *** [aclocal.m4] Błąd 1

Szukam po googlach i innych cudach tego aclocal-1.8 i znajduę tylko komunikaty że związane jest to z configure.
Czy ktoś może nakierować mnie na właściwy tor. Będę wdzięczny za pomoc.
