taki wpis wpusci kolesia z ip i z takim macem.. inaczej nawet pingu na brame
nie bedzie mial..
Usuwanie arpa:
arp -d <IP>
Wyswietlenie:
arp -a
jezeli jest CM to ip jest ZAMKNIETY naszym macem

i wpuszczac na serwer tylko te ktore se zdefiniowane w pliku
