Kernelbau the Debian way

Administrator's Guide sagen beide, dass die dort genannten Wege, einen
Debian-Kernel selbst zu bauen, nicht mehr aktuell sind.
Was ist denn der im aktuellen Zeitalter (bullseye/sid) empfohlene Weg
zum linux-image.deb?
