Nun, wie misst Du das denn? Ich mache bei mir ab und an den "curl
Test":

Die Spalte "Current Speed" gibt mir die Downloadrate in *Mbyte/s*
das wären bei 49.3M also 49.3M*8=394.4 Mbit/sec. Ich habe
400Mbit/sec gebucht, also alles gut.
