Tja, apt und ein vorgeschalteter Proxy ist , öhm, problembehaftet.
Kennt dein apt überhaupt deinen Proxy?
/etc/apt/apt.conf
Acquire::http::Proxy "http://user:pass@proxy_host:port";;
bzw.
Acquire::http::Proxy "http://proxy_host:port";;
Eventuell müsste der Proxy die Daten neu einlesen, liefert aber nur
(unvollständige) Daten aus seinem Cache.
