Question about card reader

I've a card reader with 4 slots for different kinds of sd cards, the
problem is that not all are working properly.

When i plug it in i get:

For me it looks like he find the slots. but when  i run gparted he throw
me a few errors out about something wrong with sdd when i have a
mc/mmc/rc/mmc/M n SD some ports are working and automounting and are
working. when i attach the same card to another reader it does work.

best regard,
