das war ein lowtech-Problem, SIM Karte war nicht korrekt eingelegt :-/

 

Die Windows-Software hat das direkt angezeigt.

 

Falls jemand keine Windowsinstallation zur Verfügung hat, ist

 

'OK' 'AT+CPIN?'

 

ein guter Test.

 

Als die SIM-Karte nicht korrekt eingelegt war, kam hier ein ERROR, ansonsten je nach Status +CPIN: SIM PIN (PIN Eingabe noch erforderlich) oder +CPIN: READY (PIN Eingabe war erfolgreich).
