Apache2 läuft bei mir auf Jessie nicht mehr

Hallo,

neuerdings läuft apache2 nicht mehr bei mir:

Hier die Logs:

mktemp ist auch installiert.

Das Verzeichnis /var/lock gibt es und das ist ein symbolischer Link auf 
/run/lock.
/run/lock liegt auf einer RAM-Disk (tmpfs). 
Das Verzeichnis hat die Rechte drwxrwxrwt (so wie es sein soll).
