Bei stable ist das normalerweise so, bei testing werden aber schon mal
neue Pakete installiert, wenn du "aptitude upgrade" oder
"apt-get dist-upgrade" ausführst, allerdings ist das ja dann nicht
wirklich "ungefragt", sondern so beabsichtigt.
