Externes SCSI-RAID an Adaptec-HBA



Liebe Gemeinde,

an einem Server mit via PCI-Express dazugestecktem
Adaptec ASC-29320ALP ist ein easyRAID-Speichersystem angeschlossen. Auf diesem habe ich ein etwas voluminöseres RAID6 eingerichtet, das in zwei Slices unterteilt ist, die via SCSI an den Server "herausgereicht" werden sollen. Was allerdings nicht klappt, ist der Zugriff darauf:

# gdisk /dev/sdb
GPT fdisk (gdisk) version 0.8.5

Problem opening /dev/sdb for reading! Error is 6.

# ls -l /dev/sdb
brw-rw---T 1 root disk 8, 16 Mar 19 10:36 /dev/sdb

Dasselbe Problem besteht mit /dev/sdc.

Auf dem Server werkelt ein aktuelles Wheezy:
# uname -a

Nachfolgend findet Ihr den Output von "dmesg | grep -i scsi". Zu beachten ist, dass neben dem SCSI-Controller noch ein 3ware-SATA-RAID-Controller in der Maschine steckt, der aber tadellos funktioniert.

Seltsam erscheint mir die Meldung "At time of recovery, card was not paused", aber mir sind mittlerweile die sinnvoll erscheinenden Kombinationen von Suchbegriffen ausgegangen.
