Nochmal Kommando zurück. Ich habe noch einen zweiten Fehler gemacht: Das port-
forwarding für Port 10022 im Router mußte erneut aufgesetzt werden. (Tut mir
leid!!!)
Jetzt habe ich es richtig gemacht, und : Es funktioniert!!
~ % /usr/sbin/sshd -d -p 10022
~ % ssh thomas@92.229.64.9 -p 10022

Das Problem scheint also nur bei Port 22 aufzutreten.
