Das ist nur relevant, wenn Du so eine Netzwerkkarte hast ("Realtek
8168f" bzw. eine der anderen genannten Nummern). Kannst Du im Zweifel
mit lspci nachschauen.

Das sollte eigentlich im Paket dpkg-dev enthalten sein. Du benutzt
wheezy und hast das Paket installiert?

"tee" ist ein T-Stück für die Shell. Es schreibt den Input von STDIN
sowohl auf das Terminal als auch in eine Datei.
