NTP Server ohne externe Zeitquelle

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe eine virtuelle Maschine, die von den LAN Clients als NTP Server 
benutzt werden soll. Eine externe Zeitsynchronisation ist nicht nötig 
und auch nicht gewünscht, da die Hostnode das bereits übernommen hat. 
Ich dachte mir, daß ich einfach localhost als Zeitquelle eintrage, 
leider ohne Erfolg.

ntpq -p zeigt:

und meine /etc/ntp.conf schaut so aus:

driftfile /var/lib/ntp/ntp.drift

server 127.0.0.1
fudge 127.0.0.1 stratum 12

restrict ::1

restrict 192.168.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0 nomodify notrap


kennt jemand eine Lösung dazu?
