Moin, ist der Stick überhaupt partitioniert? Wenn Du direkt /dev/sda mit einem Filesystem formatierst, zeigt fdisk sonstwas an. Das ist bei vorformatierten Sticks aus dem Laden gern mal der Fall, dass da das ganze Device das Filesystem verpasst bekommt und keine Partitionstabelle exisitiert.
