Dieser Wert ist doch etwas hoch. Im schlimmsten Fall sollte er bei 60

Sollte der Rechner 24/7 laufen, dann ist der Fehler zum ersten mal vor 3
Tagen und 2 Stunden aufgetreten (also etwa 2 Stunden bevor du diesen
Thread eröffnet hast).
Nur du weist wie lang dein Rechner täglich läuft.
Der gemeldete Sector beim Eintrag #6 liegt nicht weit von dem Sector
entfernt an dem auch dd abbrach.
Meiner Meinung nach deutet das auf einen Fehler in einem Bereich hin der
sich langsam ausweitet. Also kein Fehler der Köpfe, sondern ein Fehler
auf einer der Scheiben.
Empfehlung: Sofort Backup ziehen (wenn noch nicht geschehen) und der
Platte keine Daten mehr anvertrauen.
