Ich denke man kann daraus schließen, dass man zwischen der Uhrzeit des
Systems und der angezeigten Uhrzeit unterscheiden muss (Umrechnung in die
richtige Zeitzone).

Wichtig dabei ist auch darauf zu achten, ob und auf was die Umgebungsvariable
'TZ' gesetzt ist.
