apt: Repos. .. Not Found

apt sagt mir dass :
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/updates/main/source/Sources: 404 Not Found
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/updates/contrib/source/Sources: 404 Not Found
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/updates/non-free/source/Sources: 404 Not Found
verschwunden sind.
Tatsächlich befindet sich auf http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/ lediglich ein lenny-proposed-updates/ Verzeichnis.
Was soll ich tun?
Wo sind diese Repos. abgeblieben?

Ist es problemlos, dies Repos aus sources.list zu entfernen, oder verpasse ich dann wichtige Updates?
