Blockade dovecot / famd
Auf meinem Debian-Server (der jede Nacht herunter gefahren wird) startet
manchmal morgens der imapd nicht:
> /etc/init.d/dovecot restart
> Restarting IMAP/POP3 mail server: dovecotFatal: listen(993) failed: >
> Address already in use
> failed!
famd scheint das Problem zu sein:
netstat -tulpn | grep 993
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:993 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 3785/famd
zwar löst ein temporäres abschalten des file alteration monitor das Problem:
/etc/init.d/fam stop
Stopping file alteration monitor: FAM.
/etc/init.d/dovecot restart
Restarting IMAP/POP3 mail server: dovecot.
/etc/init.d/fam start
Starting file alteration monitor: FAM.
Das ist aber nur eine händische Lösung.
Ich hätte gerne das Problem so aufgelöst, das der imapd automatisch
problemlos hochfährt. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?
Der Fehler tritt so ca. alle 14 Tage mal auf.
