Ich verstehe ja grundsätzlich, worauf Du hinauswillst: wenn man das per
SSH macht und dabei das Interface, über das man mit dem Rechner redet,
eine andere IP-Adresse bekommt, dann ist die Verbindung weg und das
Kommando bricht u.U. ab.
Deine Lösung ist aber keine. Die Ausgabeumleitung ändert genau gar
nichts und das '&' am Ende verhindert auch nicht, dass der Prozess mit
der Shell stirbt. Richtig macht man sowas mit nohup oder screen.
