Nicht erkannte Netzwerkkarte

Hallo,

evtl kann jemand von euch mir einen kleinen Tipp geben.
Folgendes System:
Debian 5.0 Kernel: 2.6.26-2-686
Dell PowerEdge SC1430

Ich habe eine OnBoard Netzwerkkarte von Broadcom,
zwei zusätzliche PCI Express Netzwerkkarten von Realtec
und eine 3Com Netzwerkkarte verbaut.

Mein Problem es wird nur eine der Realtec Karten erkannt.
Kann mir einer sagen wo das Problem liegt?
Die Netzwerkkarten selber können es nicht sein, da ich sie untereinander getauscht habe. 
Das der Slot einen weg hat, glaube ich nicht wirklich...
