Wo ist das Problem?
Du installierst den dhcp3-server auf dem router und konfigurierst das
erste DHCP netzwerk auf eth0 und das zweite eben auf eth1.
In der manpage steht alles drin, außerdem sind Musterkonfigs vorhanden.
