Du hast Autonegotiation enabled, die Gegenstelle nicht. Deine Seite
fällt auf 100 Halbduplex zurück, und wenn die andere 100 Full macht,
denkt Dein Interface es hätte Millionen von Kollisionen.
Lösung (1) bevorzugt: Gegenseite auch auf auto einstellen.
Lösung (2) Flickwerk: Es auf Deiner Seite mal manuell mit 100Full
probieren.
