Laut apt-file sollte das mit libc6 kommen:
elirips@XERXES:~$ apt-file search /usr/sbin/tzconfig
libc6: usr/sbin/tzconfig
Ich kann mir allerdings kaum vorstellen das libc6 bei dir nicht
installiert ist (?)
