Hallo,
da denkt zum Umstieg auf Etch "Diese Hardware ist so alt, die macht
bestimmt keine Probleme"....
Denkste.
Leute ich bekomme Xorg nicht ans laufen.
Der Monitor ist ein 95er "Siemens Nixdorf Mcm 1751"
Ich habe unter X bisher immer nur mit dpkg-reconfigure
konfiguriert, nie händisch.
Unter Sarge/Xfreee86 kein Problem, der Monitor lief gut.
Unter Etch/Xorg no way.
Entweder ich bekomme die Meldung "No screens found" oder nach änderung
an "VertRefresh" bekomme X nur un 800*600, NIE in 1024*768.
Hier die Kanditaten, die meiner meinug nach Relevand sind

Ich hänge mal die xorg.conf anbei.
Schön wäre es, wenn es diese Meldung "No Screens found" nicht mehr
gäbe. diese Settings liefen ja unter Xfree86 gut...
