Google doch mal nach deinem Modell mit Linux - auch wenn du nicht genau
deins findest, eins mit nahezu identischem lspci-Output ist eigentlich
immer dabei. Und die Leute stellen meist auch ihre
Xorg-/Xfree + Kernel-Config ins Netz - superpraktisch

'no more mtrrs available' kann man, glaube ich, ignorieren.
Losing some ticks sagt mir nichts, kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass
das relevant ist - das wird aus abgestelltem acpci resultieren (warum
eigentlich? Nur weil irgendein suspend-to-Kram nicht geht?).
Aber besser, du grepst die relevanten Sachen aus dmesg raus -
übersichtshalber
